Description

This smooth, spiced cinnamon pumpkin butter brings cozy autumn flavors to your breakfast table with minimal effort required.


Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (8 oz.), softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 4 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat softened butter with electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and pale.
  2. Add cinnamon and 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree. Beat 30 seconds until combined.
  3. Continue adding remaining pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon every 30 seconds, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add honey and vanilla. Beat on medium-high speed 3-4 minutes until thick and fluffy.
  5. Transfer to sealed container. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Bring to room temperature before spreading for easiest application
