This smooth, spiced cinnamon pumpkin butter brings cozy autumn flavors to your breakfast table with minimal effort required.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (8 oz.), softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 4 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat softened butter with electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and pale.
- Add cinnamon and 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree. Beat 30 seconds until combined.
- Continue adding remaining pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon every 30 seconds, beating well after each addition.
- Add honey and vanilla. Beat on medium-high speed 3-4 minutes until thick and fluffy.
- Transfer to sealed container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
