Ingredients
- 2½ cups plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
- 1¼ cups frozen red or purple grapes
- ⅔ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 large frozen banana
- Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Pour the plant-based milk into your blender first to protect the blades and prevent sticking.
- Add the frozen grapes, blueberries, and banana to the blender on top of the milk.
- Start blending on low speed for thirty seconds to break up the frozen fruit pieces.
- Increase to high speed and blend for two to three minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
- Stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed, then blend again briefly.
- Check the consistency and add more milk if too thick or more frozen fruit if too thin.
- Pour immediately into tall glasses and serve right away for the best texture and flavor.
