Description

This vibrant Grape Banana Power Shake blends frozen grapes, blueberries, and banana into a creamy, naturally sweet beverage perfect for breakfast or post-workout refreshment.


Ingredients

  • 2½ cups plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1¼ cups frozen red or purple grapes
  • ⅔ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour the plant-based milk into your blender first to protect the blades and prevent sticking.
  2. Add the frozen grapes, blueberries, and banana to the blender on top of the milk.
  3. Start blending on low speed for thirty seconds to break up the frozen fruit pieces.
  4. Increase to high speed and blend for two to three minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed, then blend again briefly.
  6. Check the consistency and add more milk if too thick or more frozen fruit if too thin.
  7. Pour immediately into tall glasses and serve right away for the best texture and flavor.
