Orange Cream Popsicles Creamy, dreamy frozen treats that taste like childhood memories with a grown-up twist.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt, divided
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pure orange extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a blender, combine remaining yogurt, remaining sugar, orange juice concentrate, milk, remaining vanilla, and orange extract. Blend until smooth.
- Divide orange mixture among 10 popsicle molds, filling 3/4 full. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Top each mold with a spoonful of the chilled yogurt mixture. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours.
- To remove, run molds under warm water for 10-15 seconds.
Notes
- Use real vanilla and orange extracts for the best flavor
- Don’t skip the 1-hour partial freeze – it’s essential for clean layers
