  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Toast bread slices until golden and crispy.
  • Mash avocado with garlic powder, half the salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry eggs sunny-side up for 3-4 minutes until whites are set.
