A delightful dessert salad combining crisp apples, chocolate-caramel candy, and creamy vanilla pudding.
Ingredients
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 8 oz whipped topping or 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
- 5 full-size Snickers bars, chopped
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (if making ahead)
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until smooth and thick. Fold in whipped topping.
- Core and dice apples into bite-sized pieces. If making ahead, toss with lemon juice and pat dry.
- Chop Snickers bars into chunky pieces.
- Gently fold apples and candy into pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce just before serving.

- Fresh whipped cream can be substituted for whipped topping
