Ingredients
Spiced Peaches:
- 6–8 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Vanilla Cream:
- 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare peaches: Blanch in boiling water 30 seconds, transfer to ice water, peel, and slice. Toss with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Let sit 5 minutes.
- Make whipped cream: In a chilled bowl, whip cold heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, whip to soft peaks.
- Assemble: Spoon spiced peaches and syrup into serving dishes. Top with vanilla whipped cream. Dust with extra cinnamon if desired.
