Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes (about 1½ pounds)
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Flaky sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into ¼-inch thick rounds.
- Arrange on a platter in an alternating pattern.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves over top.
- Season with flaky salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
