Description
A naturally sweet, refreshing easy peach sorbet made with just 3 wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe peaches, sliced (about 3½ cups)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup warm water (as needed)
Instructions
- Slice peaches and remove pits. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze peach slices for 3-4 hours or overnight until completely solid.
- Add frozen peaches, honey, and lemon juice to food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding warm water gradually if needed for consistency.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze 3-4 hours for scoopable sorbet.
Notes
- Adjust honey to taste based on peach sweetness
- Keep skin on peaches for added nutrition
