Description

A naturally sweet, refreshing easy peach sorbet made with just 3 wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe peaches, sliced (about 3½ cups)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup warm water (as needed)

Instructions

  • Slice peaches and remove pits. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze peach slices for 3-4 hours or overnight until completely solid.
  • Add frozen peaches, honey, and lemon juice to food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, adding warm water gradually if needed for consistency.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze 3-4 hours for scoopable sorbet.

Notes

  • Adjust honey to taste based on peach sweetness
  • Keep skin on peaches for added nutrition
