Description

A simple, creamy, no-bake dessert featuring crushed cookies and cream cheese coated in a crisp chocolate shell.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz vanilla or chocolate candy melts
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies (regular, not double filled)

Instructions

  1. Place the cookies into a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the processor and mix until fully combined and a dough forms.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll into smooth balls, placing them on a parchment-lined sheet.
  4. Freeze the formed balls for 15 to 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the candy melts or chocolate according to package directions until smooth.
  6. Dip each cold ball into the melted chocolate, tap off excess, and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with extra crumbs if desired and refrigerate until the coating is set.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
