Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/3 cup seafood stock or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 (4 ounce) halibut fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp, tail still attached
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
- 6 scallops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and arrange the halibut, scallops, and shrimp in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
- Whisk together the seafood stock, melted butter, and lemon juice, then drizzle uniformly over the seafood.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly across the dish to season.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the halibut is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley immediately before serving.
Notes
Original recipe called for white wine, which has been substituted with seafood stock for a non-alcoholic version.
