Description

Wholesome no-bake energy bites packed with real apple flavor, warm cinnamon, and nutritious ingredients that make the perfect healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups rolled oats (old-fashioned)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ cup natural almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure honey
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup freeze-dried apple pieces, chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, allspice, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Fold in chopped apple pieces until evenly distributed.
  4. Check consistency—mixture should hold together when squeezed.
  5. Roll into 14 balls using a cookie scoop or your hands.
  6. Refrigerate in an airtight container for 45 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Substitute regular dried apples (finely chopped) if freeze-dried aren’t available.
