Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 16-ounce bag tri-color coleslaw mix
- 1 medium-large Honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
For the Dressing:
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine coleslaw mix, diced apple, cranberries, walnuts, and green onions in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, and ginger until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
