Description

Watermelon Smoothie Bowl A thick, creamy watermelon smoothie bowl made with just three simple ingredients for the perfect summer treat.

 


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup plain kefir (or full-fat coconut milk)

Instructions

  • Let frozen fruit sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Add kefir, strawberries, and watermelon to high-powered blender.
  • Blend on low speed, using tamper to push fruit toward blades.
  • Continue blending 3-4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop into chilled bowls and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Freeze watermelon chunks on parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • Chill serving bowls in freezer beforehand to keep smoothie from melting quickly
  • For dairy-free version, substitute coconut milk for kefir
