Description
Buttery puff pastry topped with cinnamon-spiced peaches and vanilla glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 large fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Thaw pastry and cut into 9 squares.
- Toss peach slices with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Top each pastry square with peaches, brush edges with egg, add almonds.
- Bake 17-19 minutes until golden. Cool 10 minutes.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm tartlets.
Notes
Don’t overbake – pastry browns quickly. Pat canned peaches dry if substituting fresh.
