Description

Buttery puff pastry topped with cinnamon-spiced peaches and vanilla glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 large fresh peaches, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Thaw pastry and cut into 9 squares.
  • Toss peach slices with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Top each pastry square with peaches, brush edges with egg, add almonds.
  • Bake 17-19 minutes until golden. Cool 10 minutes.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm tartlets.

Notes

Don’t overbake – pastry browns quickly. Pat canned peaches dry if substituting fresh.
