Easy Homemade Popsicles with Yogurt

Description

Creamy, protein-packed frozen treats made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and natural sweeteners.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh fruit of choice
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water (if needed)

Instructions

  • Blend yogurt, fruit, honey, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy
  • Add water if mixture is too thick
  • Pour into popsicle molds, leaving 1/4 inch headspace
  • Insert sticks and freeze 4-6 hours
  • Run warm water over molds to release popsicles

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. Taste mixture before freezing and adjust sweetness as needed.
