Description
Creamy, protein-packed frozen treats made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and natural sweeteners.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh fruit of choice
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water (if needed)
Instructions
- Blend yogurt, fruit, honey, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy
- Add water if mixture is too thick
- Pour into popsicle molds, leaving 1/4 inch headspace
- Insert sticks and freeze 4-6 hours
- Run warm water over molds to release popsicles
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. Taste mixture before freezing and adjust sweetness as needed.
