Description

Fresh Peach Salsa a vibrant mix of sweet peaches, crisp peppers, and fresh herbs that brings summer to every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh lime (zested and juiced)
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 large bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all produce. Dice peaches into bite-sized pieces.
  • Dice red bell pepper. Remove seeds from serrano pepper and mince finely.
  • Finely chop red onion and cilantro.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add lime zest, lime juice, salt, and cumin. Mix gently.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings. Add honey if needed.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Choose firm but ripe peaches for best texture
  • Start with half the serrano pepper if sensitive to heat
  • Salsa keeps 3-4 days refrigerated
  • Drain excess liquid before serving if needed
