Description
Cranberry Turkey Sliders a sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with tender turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and creamy cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
- 12 oz sliced roasted turkey
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping connected
- Place bottom half in baking dish
- Spread cream cheese over bottom rolls
- Layer turkey over cream cheese
- Spread cranberry sauce over turkey
- Place top half of rolls over filling
- Mix butter, mustard, poppy seeds, and garlic powder
- Brush butter mixture over roll tops
- Cover with foil, bake 18 minutes
- Remove foil, bake 7-10 minutes until golden
- Cool 5 minutes, slice into individual sliders, garnish with parsley
Notes
Let cream cheese soften to room temperature for easier spreading. Can be assembled 4 hours ahead and refrigerated before baking.
