Description
A quick and easy homemade pizza dough that requires no rising time, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt until well combined.
- Add the warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix firmly until the dough comes together into a soft ball; if it is too sticky, add a sprinkle of extra flour.
- Press the dough onto a pizza pan, add your sauce and toppings, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to add garlic powder or dried herbs to the dry flour mix for extra flavor.
