Description
Juicy and tender sirloin steak bites seared in a hot skillet and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering. While the pan heats, toss the steak cubes with salt and pepper to coat evenly.
- Add the steak to the skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until a brown crust forms.
- Flip the steak bites and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side. Add the butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Stir continuously for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant and golden brown. Remove from heat immediately, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For the best sear, dry the steak cubes with a paper towel before seasoning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
