Description

These Peach Yogurt Pops are Creamy, peachy frozen treats made with just three simple ingredients – perfect for hot summer days!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (full-fat Greek yogurt preferred)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 12 tablespoons sugar (optional, if peaches aren’t sweet enough)

Instructions

  • Process peaches in a food processor or blender until chunky-smooth consistency. Taste and add sugar if needed.
  • Whisk yogurt and milk together in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Layer ingredients in popsicle molds: yogurt mixture, peaches, yogurt, peaches, ending with yogurt.
  • Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • To remove, run molds under warm water for 30 seconds.

Notes

  • Choose yogurt you enjoy eating – it’s the main flavor component
  • Don’t over-blend peaches; chunks add great texture
  • Store finished pops in freezer for up to 2 months
  • Works with frozen peaches (thaw and drain first)
