These Peach Yogurt Pops are Creamy, peachy frozen treats made with just three simple ingredients – perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt (full-fat Greek yogurt preferred)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional, if peaches aren’t sweet enough)
Instructions
- Process peaches in a food processor or blender until chunky-smooth consistency. Taste and add sugar if needed.
- Whisk yogurt and milk together in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Layer ingredients in popsicle molds: yogurt mixture, peaches, yogurt, peaches, ending with yogurt.
- Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- To remove, run molds under warm water for 30 seconds.
Notes
- Choose yogurt you enjoy eating – it’s the main flavor component
- Don’t over-blend peaches; chunks add great texture
- Store finished pops in freezer for up to 2 months
- Works with frozen peaches (thaw and drain first)
